When should I expect my order to arrive?

Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Estimated order arrival times are based on the shipping method and the ship to location. Most locations in the United States take less than 4 days to reach their destination via ground shipping. International shipments will depend on location and customs timing.

How can I track my order?

You will receive tracking and status updates to the email used during checkout. You can also track the status of your order by utilizing the Account area in the top right hand corner of the site.

Who do I contact for order support?

It's as simple as sending an email to support@availlabs.com. We will respond within 1 business day. Our business hours are: Mon-Fri 8:00 am - 4:30 pm EST.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.). Checks, cash, or bank transfers are not accepted.

What is the return policy?

Please verify the size, quantity, and color you are ordering before placing your order. Orders are only cancellable within one business day of ordering, and only if they have not already shipped.

Returns are allowed up to 30 days of order receipt and are only accepted for the following reasons:

  • The product you receive is damaged and in unused condition.
  • The product you receive is not the product that you ordered.
  • The Customer is responsible for the full cost difference between original merchandise and replacement merchandise.

    What is the cancellation policy?

    We begin to process your order as soon as it’s submitted, therefore we cannot guarantee any order cancellations can be accepted. Most cancellations can be accepted if notified within 1-business day. Please use the Contact Us form to submit the request.

    Can I make changes to my order?

    How much is shipping for my order?

    Shipping charges are dynamically calculated based on the shipping address as well the total volume and weight of the items in the order.

    What shipping method is used?

    All domestic orders will be shipped via FedEx SmartPost. International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

    Can orders be shipped internationally?

    Shipping is limited within the United States, including Freely Associated States, and United States Territories and Possessions
